3.0 V6 Temperature Sensor location
Hi,
My 2003 3.0 is displaying check engine light. The code shows it to be P0118 (temperature sensor high current). I bought a replacement sensor but wanted to ask where it's located. I did a search and looked at the tech section but they mostly talked about the 1.8t. Is it back near the firewall? If anyone has a pic or a link that I missed, I would appreciate it.
By the way, why is it that the 1.8t sensor is covered but the 3.0 is not? They are the same part number from what I can tell.
