Apart from Engine, different manual transmission, and different add-on options, what else is different (chasis, suspension, brakes)?

The front suspension may actually be a little different to account for weight differences in the engine. VW used to do that with VR6 vs. 1.8T in their cars, if I recall. But that's not really a "benefit" just a compensation.

Those were the three main big differences I care about between the two. All of the above are only available on the 3.0 for some... dumb... reason.

3.0 has
-larger front brakes
-6-speed manual
-wood trim
-power driver front seat
-chrome outside trim around window
-16" vs. 15" standard wheels
Like someone said the suspension is only different to account for the extra weight.
