5600 mile, a little low on oil, can I use Castrol Synth. 5w50 to top off?

I'd use regular until 10K.

Default Hi April, in Canada the car comes with a special synthetic breake-in oil......
Is it the same oil used in the USA?

My dealer also told me it comes with a special synthetic break in oil. Use a synthetic.

5w50 sounds okay. Most have used 5w30 or 0w40.
