If you go to the dealer, TB and brakes will cost you about $1400. At 73k, I just checked it....

I don't know just picked the number out of thin air. Actually 120K is when I'll start thinking...

about a replacement for my B6.

How much do you expect to get for it at 120K? I bought one with this mileage for 12K

Trade in value is 10K and the car is in excellent condition. Seems at over 100K it's best to keep it because you'd be giving it away if you tried to sell or trade it.

Dealer = Overpriced, I went to an indy shop to have my TB done and it was $825

Agreed, indy shop priced out at $850. Was it GAS in Plymouth Meeting?
