A4 B6 Low Compression Results

I have a 2003 A4 B6 1.8.
I have been going thru this engine fixing things which seemed to result in other things breaking. I have changed the water pump, all vacumm line valves, etc., thermostat, coolant temp sensor, N75 valve, coils, spark plugs. It ran fine for a few days. Now I have a rough idle and am getting misfires on two cylinders #2 and #3. I have no oil in the coolant reservoir and my dipstick only has oil on it. No smoke out the exhaust. But, I do have horrid compression on the #2 and #3 cylinders. I am not sure if my timing jumped or if a head gasket is bad, maybe exhaust valves. Going to do a leak down test and see what that comes up with.
Compression Results:
Dry:
#1 132
#2 40
#3 45
#4 170
With oil added:
#1 155
#2 45
#3 55
#4 195
I appreciate any help in this diagnoses. Thanks guys.
