A4 lease good deal?

A4 lease good deal?
I was just offered a 24 month 15000 mile lease on an A4 with a negotiated price of $29,947, a residual of $19,789 and a money factor of .00295 (7.1%). Does this look like a decent deal?

Interest rate is high. New car rates at credit unions are not higher than 6. I think that shows
the cost of money or at least indicates it. Plus I thought money factors were lower on shorter term leases. Do I have it backwards?

Re: $569.91 monthly, btw not including tax
Well, my lease for a 3.0 with premium, cold weather, tiptronic, basically everything except nav. This was a "demo" (I know...) with 5k miles. Payments are as follows:
48 month / 15,000 per month
$2500 down
$435 + $45 monthly lease tax
Total = $480 per month
48 month / 15,000 per month
$2500 down
$435 + $45 monthly lease tax
Total = $480 per month

As discussed here in the past, monthly payments are irrelevent.
Once you know the MF, residual, and money down (cap cost reduction) all that matters is the price of purchase that you negotiate. The monthly payment follows automatically by simple formula. You can make it anything you want by varying the cap cost reduction, hence its lack of value in determining if a deal is any good.
Noone should lease without learning this formula first:
Payment = (Cap cost - Residual)/Term + (Cap cost + Residual)*MF
Then, if you like, calculate "what ifs" based on various cap cost reductions to your heart's content.
