Re: Not until it begins to bother more people. Where's the fun when only a few are annoyed? :-P
It probably is a good idea to remind the 1.8T crowd how ridicules the whole chipping thread became.

Re: Abt and Oettinger wheel group buy prices!!! Buyer Beware. !!!!
I am curious. Since AMS the sole official importer for Abt products, are you going through one of...
their distributors, or buying out of the country ? If buying out of country, how can you be sure you are really getting Abt, unless perhaps you are buying directly from Abt in Germany ? Since Abt in Germany does not list you as one of their distributors, I would guess not.
Technical support is obvously not a part of Supreme - as you stated, you are a middleman who relies on the hard work and advertising of others to create a demand, which you then undecut because you have little of the overhead yourself. What happens if your source dries up, falls out of your favour, or Supreme goes out of business ? Your customers didn't buy from an approved source, so neither Abt nor AMS are under obligation to support the product. Maintaining an extensive brick and morter facility like AMS has, creates accountability and offers the client a far more complete assurance that this is not a fly by night operation who is going to take their money and run. AMS itself, has been in business for over 10 years, and has grown from a family business that started in 1974.
