Shut off dash vents when that happens.

Default you know the three vent buttons? click the middle one and the bottom one. leave the top one off.

You'll have to do that everytime you hit the auto button because auto turns them all on. but you don't want the top one of if your windshield is fogging up.
check you manual if this isn't making sense.

Due to high humidity. Turn the AC up colder, that will remove some of the humidity.

Default Turn off the air vent that blows on the windshield...(more)

There's three vents on your climate control controller.

^ - referres to the vents on top
= - referres to the dash vents
v - referres to the floor vents

They look something like that, and are arranged that way on the controller.

If you have the AC on auto, simply press the middle then the bottom buttons, effectively turning the top vent off.

This turns OFF the auto controls, but I've never had that be a problem - just make sure your car is cool to your liking, otherwise you might later need to manually adjust the fan control.

It usually only happens to me when it's humid and not really very hot outside.

Oh ya, I forgot to mention move the air to the windshield like Swammie says. But turn on the AC.
