Default add amp to bose
Can anyone give me a link or something on how to add an amp to the stock speakers on the bose system. I only want to run an amp to the fronts and maybe the rears, not the sub. thanks for any help

Default Take it to a stereo shop..
Make it seem like you want them to do it, and ask them how it's done. Then say I'll be back tomorrow, but just DIY. LOL

Default I'm not sure if the stock stereo
has connections for an amp..But the front and rear outputs can be controlled on different levels on certain (expensive) amp's. I would search the forums for it this topic.

Default another idea...
you can just buy speakers with higher wattage, if you're looking for more power and even better sound quality (depending on the speaker)

Default bose speakers use odd impedences, I'd recommend replacing the speakers and stock amp
very easy, you can reuse existing wiring for everything except power and ground

Doesn't work like that. Speakers don't make power, amps do.
