Do the unpainted flares match the stock unpainted lowers?

I've got Dolphin so no plans to paint the lowers...they match just fine. Are the raw door flares the same matte gray color as the stock unpainted lowers though?

Very Close...texture is a little smoother on the Door Flares, but color matches well.
