Default Advice wanted: 20k approaching. Should I?..
Make an appointment at a dealership for service or just get an oil change and tire rotation somewhere else?

Also, does everyone elses glovebox take several tries to close? Or is there a trick to it I don't know?

I thought it was 5k - 15k then 25k? 20 is one of those optional services...

Default tire rotation isn't usually free...depends if they're cool or not
for the most part...they're not cool. but your oil change is free!

Default I don't believe 20k is a service interval for your car
Ultrasports are 04 and up which means 5k 15k 25k etc service intervals. If you feel like rotating the tires and changing the oil just do it yourself.

My car is leased, ill "listin to audi" and change my oil every 10 when its free : )

15 is the service interval, but I was told I'd get an oil change at 20k.
