Default yeah....hard to get the $$....2 kids, stay at home wife, mortgage ...Painted lowers low on the list.

but that is not to say it will never happen. But the car is 3 years old and hard to justify the additional 600, I will think it over while watching the new DLP......

Default The LCD was the Projection type. Sony Vega. 42 inch. the LCD pannel died in 1.5 years.

Ive been a Sony guy for 15 years since i bought my first 20 inch TV at Costco in 89. Time to move on bought the samsung at Costco for 2700. 56 inch- great picture, even came with the matching stand. Same setup at goodguys, 4K.

Default Re: Ive seen one other. ...it was a blue one on Ebay

Costs.
Bumper $416
Grills. $148
Valance $134
paint $1300. also painted hood, and fenders. car was in a sand storm and the front was pocked up

In the paint cost. the valance was painted - to match the lowers. as it comes primed. - however to paint the rest of the lowers would have added $600 to the bill.

Default ha...i understand...enjoy the TV

I personally chose the 19" TV and painted lowers, but then again, i don't have wife, children, mortgage to deal with, so decision making is admittedly easier...

Default Agree. Needs paint.

Sorry, but that's just my opinion. To each his own, huh?

Default DAMN that's expensive

it only cost me $350CDN (about $280US) to get both parts of the USP front bumper and the door blades painted. Did an amazing job too, with scratch-resistant hardener and buffed it out

guess I got an amazing deal!
