Default They had just phased all of that crap out when I got outta there! What happened?

I remember it cost me about $1100 to register my cars there when I first moved into CA. Then I bought a new car in Oregon, and had to have extra inspections done before registering it in CA. What stupidity!

Default Well, the Democrats can't seem to manage a budget here in CA...oh and the fact that Gray Davis is

totally inept and corrupt. Yeah, his little energy debacle and other **** poor policies ran the state in to a deficit. Then the internet bubble burst, then we re-elected him, then he threatened to fire police officers and fire fighters if he didnt get his tax increases, one of which is tripling our already outrageous car fees!!

Default the legislature just passed it today, but it is bound to get held up in legal ramblings

as the few republican's left in the state push to have it as a ballot initiative, which will hold up its implimentation...also, the governor can veto it...FAT CHANCE
