Default Airbag light problem.......

Another follow question.

I bought an A4 last week. Airbag light was and was reset. A few days later, light came on again, the guy who fixed it told me its one of the 3:

a. side airbag on the driver's seat
b. bad connector on the bag
c. bad battery

I changed the battery and had it reset again. 4 days later (today), light came on again.

I saw his diagnostic tool and it says "high impedance on airbag" (something like that) and it clearly pointed to the driver's side/seat airbag.

My questions:
1. is there a used side airbag i can buy? how much?
2. how much is a new one from the stealer?
3. anyone had this problem before? is it common with A4s?

Thanks a bunch.

Default Check connectors under your seats

You need a 10 sided metric hex bit which you can get at Autozone. Seats unbolt in 4 corners just remove plastic caps. You don't know its seats it might be SRS in passenger dash, steering wheel or even headliner.

Default

I had this problem. They had to replace the airbag harness on my seat.
