All Audi owners beware.....Headlight theft

I was at the body shop today and saw an A6 with the headlights pulled from it and I said, wow I've seen a bunch of those arround the city (boston) and asked what's up with it. He said that he had 5, yes FIVE come in over the weekend with lights stolen and this is just one audi shop (clair collision). He said that the police dept went down there to write a report on the increasing problem to brief officers on it. He also stated that it's most likely that the insurance on our cars will mostlikely go up next year....ARGH!!!! It's not just cars with xenon too, they're ripping out of ANY Audi made in the past 10 or so years!

There isn't much that you can do but becareful of where you park. Good luck!!! Maybe someone will find a solution to this problem, perhaps something that will electocute the bastards when they try to pull the lamps out!

Well if mine get stolen it'll be an excuse to get ecodes!!! Or maybe not!

I wonder, does our wimpy-sounding (stealth mode) alarm go off when someone is gouging out the eyes

Default Recently CNN posted an article about Porsche headlights being jacked in Miami area...

some guys have been ripped off 2-3 times! Porsche is obviously more expensive to repair...to the tune of $7k (inc. body work) in some instances! Even a Porsche dealer admitted that all you need is a screwdriver.

Jerk ricers!!! I hate them! Especially since I've had two sets of PIAA fog lights ripped off a few years ago.

Default The link gives detailed instructions to install audi projectors into an integra

If I ever see an Acura or Honda that has Audi projectors..i'm calling the cops. I'll leave it up to the owner to show receipts.
