Default Allroad, S4 Avant or...Volvo

Hey, I need some advice. I currently have a 3.0, 2002 A4, loaded! I am soon going to make a family change and need a wagon. NO MINI VAN IN MY HOUSE! My deliema is this; a used S4 Avant or a used Allroad, or the Volvo V70 R. I love all three, good cars, I just can't decide which to persue. I would love the S6 Avant but $$$$. So give me your input, I have come to realized that the people here love their cars and know alot about them so...what do you think

Default How many in your family? That will really determine the choice...

If there are three of you (i.e., one child), you could get away with the S4 Avant. Any more than that and you'd really want something a little bigger... I think I would look at a couple-year- old A6 Avant as a good all-round vehicle that will get decent gas mileage and have quattro.... If you're looking for more performance then I think I would lean towards the Volvo... Not sure the allroad - even with the V8 - is a real performance car.

Default although

that V70 r is fast and roomy, but, be warned, it will loosen up quick. plus the warranty is not as good as Audis. The S4 is too small for you.
Allroad.

I am a huge fan of the V70R, it's fast, fun, stealthy and practical. If you haven't yet, drive one.

Default Only B6...

if you go with S4 avant... B5 seems too small for you. Depending on size needs, allroad might be best... try S6 avant. Personally id go S4 avant or V70R, but those are the same size, and my boss had an avant, and he said his kids kicked the seat all the time.

Default I went with my buddy to pick up his new V70R last night. I actually like it.

But the AWD system is Haldex v2, which still is inferior to Quattro.

Default Allroad all the way....chip it, and you'll have 300+ hp and more cargo room than most suv's on the

road.
