Default But of course it does... The output of the light is essentially a blackbody at 4300K (stock)...

To say xenons don't produce any heat is like saying the sun doesn't produce any heat... :P It's just that more of the energy is in the visible spectrum, unlike halogens where IR (heat) dominates.

Right...but they don't get noticably hot light halogens. I've never even felt them to be warm....

Default For sure, given a particular power rating, xenons are cooler...

But I must say I find my headlights warm after 'bout 15min.

Default ok, sorry for not going further into it, but they don't produce enough heat to worry about.

they can't even burn off condensation in the housing.

Default Now now....we know that water doesn't burn.

LOL...

Mine get noticeably warm, but certainly not enough to burn oneself. I've only gotten condensation a few times, and it was always during the day w/the headlights off (although, it was always wet and rainy - so maybe they were on...don't really remember)

Default I would not seal the breather holes.

What will happen is you'll somehow miss a spot and humidity will get in there and then be unable to get out.
