AM Radio Not Working

AM Radio Not Working
I have the Symphony radio and the strangest thing is happening:
The AM radio is not working. The FM radio works fine, but I just get static when tuning to the AM radio.
Has anyone had this problem? My thinking is that it's a loose antennea, but I have no idea where the antennea hook up is. Any ideas?
