Default Two votes for the Sumitomo's Anyone out there feels that Pirelli P6 stock tires are a better choice?

Default Well, if I had to splurge, these are as high as I would go for a street tire...

Default I've seen the Dunlop M3s suggested several times on these forums...I'm probably going to be...

picking up a set myself in the next week. I haven't been impressed with the Pirellis that came stock on the 2004.5 A4 with sport wheels--don't think I'd go Pirellia again, if for only lack of tread life.

Default The Sumitomo HTR+ is not a good tire...

I ahve a set of those on my car now (they came with the forged sport wheels) and they are noisy and do not corner very well. Makes me really miss the PZeros that are on my 9-spoke wheels, and I bet my SnowSport 240 winter tires will feel better on the car when I swap over to my winter setup soon.

Not sure about the Kumho's in the model you specified, but I hear really good things about the Kumho ASX a/s tire.
