Any bi-xenon LED city light DIY ?

search around a bit but no luck so far.
does anybody know about one ?

will this work also if i use load equalizers ? since i already ordered them before they came up ...

with the idea to use resistors

All depends on the specs on your particular load equalizers, which are just resistors anyway...

Heat dissicipated in Watts = 196 / resistance in ohms. I wouldn't put anything that's more than 5W in the housing myself; follow Eddie Man's writeup in that case.
