I dealt with Jon Boardman....the only Audi dealer in SoCal able to find me what I was looking for...
The car I was looking for was not available from Audi direct [Audi does not offer cloth seats and sunroof].. I visited and contacted some 10+ dealers in SoCal (that is another horror story), but he was the only one who understood what I wanted and managed to find me my car (1 of 3 in US supposedly)... almost exactly what I wanted- minus Xenons. Plus, it was in Utah of all places and he had it trucked in for very little extra. He also helped me out by being able to include the Oettinger Body Kit with financing (another detail lacking fom other dealers).
Pretty straight forward guy; no issues, problems or typical sales crap. Good conversation. What a rare find.
