I set bass to +4 middle to +2 and treble +3 and fader back 4 and the sound is nice~

The short answer is yes...about 2% better than stock system and neither sounds good

So you are a newbie at sound stuff...
Speakers are like engines... You have to break them in!
Don't turn them too loud... let them run 100 hours... it's way different.

**** yeah, it takes out the muffled sound. A MUST on my systems.

CD players have break-in too, tho it's shorter... (10 hrs maybe)
