What about difference in rolling resistance? Non issue?

Default you should be technically, but my service writer talked me out of doing this
and he is cool with mods as long as their within limits.

Default maybe if you had 17" dia up front & 19's in back, the quattro system would sense...
a greater load in the rear (from more rotating mass) and consistantly transfer more power to the rear wheels under acceleration (because it thinks there is better traction there). add to this the increased rolling resistance of a wider wheel and tire, and you got problems. this is just a hypothesis. i have no idea what i'm talking about

well, that's what I always thought too, but never actually tested this hypothesis
