i agree with you, if you go black or polished lip..you should get lowered first.

check my pic post of my car when it had unpainted lowers and my 19" CH's. It still looked classy and very Euro-looking. I like the unpainted look also at certain angles. I ended up painting because my car was in the shop for a minor accident anyway.
