Anybody experience transmission slip/hard shift on a Tip (not CVT)?

I'm currently at 45k miles and feel like something is a little different with the automatic shifts. It seems as though that the transmission slips/shifts hard when shifting into 4th (or maybe 5th) gear...esp noticeable in the morning as I'm going up a small hill outside of my subdivision. I haven't noticed it much in around-town driving once the car has warmed up though. Although, I think I felt it once as I accelerated a little briskly from a stop light. I don't think it's my imagination, and I don't know how the dealer would be able to replicate the issue I'm experiencing. Has anyone else experienced this?

I was thinking it could be that the car hasn't warmed up yet, but I live in FL and the coldest it's gotten lately is in the mid/upper 30's.

and it would almost buck.
I haven't had this issue since last Fall. I don't know if the LY Campaign (TCU reflash) fixed this or just made it less noticable. It hasn't happend in a long time.

Does it only happen on the highway, when in 5th?
Mine will slip down a gear when in 5th and giving it some gas to go up a hill or pass someone. Like it's in 4.5th. I've notice it slip in 4th too, though that is more rare. Do you have a CEL that comes on then goes away when you do only neighborhood/city driving?
You can test this by doing manual tip all day. It will slip down a gear, but your gear display will still show the same higher gear it was just in.
If it is the torque converter, it's around $4300 at the dealership if you are out of warranty.

i may wait till it gets any worse, only because i know they won't be able to replicate the problem or know my car well enough to know what to look for. more than likely, if i take it in now, they'll just say they couldn't find anything wrong with it.
