Anyone change the stock turbo to K04?

You'd be better off and more happy going with a bigger kit...
like <a href="http://vwturbo.com/products/items/longitudinal18t.asp">ATP's Stage II 250HP/280HP Turbo Upgrade Kit</a>, <a href="http://www.pes-tuning.com/oldsite/turbo_mainframe.htm">PES's T-28 Kit</a> or <a href="http://www.goapr.com/Audi/vehicles/8ea418t.html">APR Stage III Kit</a>. The K04 is not the ideal solution here. These other turbo's would be more worth your while if you are serious about power gains.
