anyone here with the atp gt28rs turbo harware and do you know if i can use apr software with it

I think that the ATP "kit" is not designed for our engine orientation, but the turbo itself being a GT28RS is the same. If you can get the turbo all by itself, I would assume it would work. But you need accompanying parts, such as the manifold, injectors, blah blah.
I would call APR and see what they say about this.

I read here i think yesterday that APR does not sell their big turbo software seperately.

If you mean APR stage 1 software, I'm not sure, but i would would guess (keyword: guess) that it would, just not very well at all.

here's what i've found.
when I talked to the guys at APR @ waterfest, they didn't like the idea of me putting my own gt28rs kit together and then using their software. In fact, they liked that less than me telling them that the only other option was the REVO big turbo software. That pretty much sealed my decision. Unless APR does a ridiculous intro offer on their stage 3+, I'm just going to piecemeal my own kit and use the REVO software because it can be tuned properly.
