Anyone know the code to vag a 2004 for the toggle to open windows and shut etc with key?

I don't think so. It looks like a generic OBDII tool only. Meaning >>>
that is really only has the ability to talk to some base modules and maybe read and clear codes.
It doesn't look like a specialized tool like VAG-COM that can address all the cars modules and write to different areas of each module (adapt, recode, etc..)
