when brand new.

This was the pricing when I got them in my "Complete" HID S4 E-Code kit;

$489.90 for the OEM Ballasts
$199.90 for the OEM HID Bulbs

Default buy a complete set of e-codes (w/ bulbs and ballasts) off German eBay
that's what I did. Total cost was $470 including e-codes, shipping, wire transfer charges, etc. Now I am selling the housings, so I basically broke even.
