Anyone know how to remove drivers back seat panel?

Anyone know how to remove drivers back seat panel?
I broke two of the plastic clips off of the bottom of it when I lowered the back seat and the headrest flexed the drivers seat back panel too much. I need to jbweld those puppies back on.

You can stick your figures in behind the plastic at the top (under head rest) and pull it straight back, its sort of hinged at the bottom, don't worry there is no wires, air bags etc attached.
