Anyone know if a 2 3/8" inch audi logo exists for a center cap of a wheel?

Anyone know if a 2 3/8" inch audi logo exists for a center cap of a wheel?

So now the caps don't match.
But I was thinking if Audi had a centre cap logo piece that would fit inside (2 3/8" outside diametre) I'l replace it with them instead and try to look "stock" =)

Making a metal sticker I understand... where would I go to have one machined?
Having a nice high relief 3D insert would be nice.
The Kesin one is raised already but having the 4 rings machined out would be sweet.
