Anyone know if the offset is stamped on an HRE wheel anywhere???

Hmmm...I do not think so. I think the general dimensions are stamped on the side of the rim...
...that is hidden by the mounted tire, but not the offset. I also think the serial number is stamped on the hub mounting surface, but again, no offset information there.
You might want to Google "HRE wheel distributor" and call them to ask if they can shed any light on the offset information.
