Someone on the S4 forum said the front bumper mounts differently than the A4
I would wait until we get more information before ordering.
It's a great compromise between subtlety, quality and looks. that's route I would take.

How are the S4 side skirts different....??
other than the pieces of rubber that are glued on??

check with europartsimporters or vag parts...
things like the s4 steering wheel, lights, and side mirror are out already...
im sure either will be able to get any futrue s4 parts u want
