Anyone know if there is a center channel fill speaker up in the center of the dash on bose system ..
and if there is how do you get to it. I'm doing the dvd,tv,xm and component speakers and subs and amps etc etc this weekend and want to know if i also need to get a center channel speaker for the surround setup or if there is already one up there. anyone with bentley manual please let me know. pic of how to get in up ther appreciated. thanks all

Well...
It's only worth it if your speakers are recieving a converted Dolby Digital/DTS signal, otherwise it'll just be a matrixed effect which will lessen the imaging effect of the front left and rights.

Center speaker removal instructions:
<B>Center loudspeaker</B>
<B>Removing</B>

- Carefully pry off the cover -A- for the sunlight penetration photo sensor.
- Remove screw -B-.
- Detach connector.

- Remove screw -1-.
- Detach the defroster vent.

- Remove bolts -1-.
- Swivel out the loudspeaker and unplug the connector.
<B>Installing</B>
- Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten the bolts on the loudspeaker to 2 Nm.
- Tighten the bolts for the defroster vent and photosensor to 0.8 Nm.
