Default depends what you originally have..i use 15's for winter, and 18's oem rs4's for winter, and ill tell

ya, theres a difference in performance in acceleration and braking.

Default well i have 17s but the rims im lookin it weigh in between 31-32lbs i just found out...but a few ppl

on here have them....the falken koblenz...cheap and they look really nice in my opinion...im not a big speed freak or anything...but granted the 1.8t is not the biggest engine on the block...i just dont want it to slow me down too much...but i do really dig the rims. its can't hurt the engine by putting it through a little extra strain can it??

Default How can it depend? They weigh what they weigh no matter what you have.

If they weigh ten lbs each, they weigh ten lbs even if you run Ronal teddy bears.

WTF?

rotational mass - distance from center matters as much as total weight

Default Whaaaa?

The question is, and I quote: "anyone know the weight of the hartmann 19" rs4 reps??"

And the answer was, and again I quote:"depends what you originally have.."

Which is just plain wrong. The answer to the question most certainly does not depend on anything except what the Hartmann 19" wheel weighs.

Default he answered a diff question than the original poster asked

and since I didn't read the original post I didn't realize this. I thought the question was about weight difference compared to stock wheel and effect on performance
