Anyone in these groups ever removed the stock stereo in a B6 A4 or similar?

I have removed mine twice before, but tonight I went to remove it to fix my
XM problem, and the STEREO IS JAMMED. I put the keys in all 4 holes, stereo
comes out a little but, then the face of the stereo came half way off!!!! I
was pissed! I was barely able to get the face back on to where the display
read out worked and snapped the stereo back in. I tried several times, same
results. I am afraid to break the stereo in my car. No money to pay for
another. I have no clue what to do to get this thing out. Anyone have a
idea how to do this? Craig? My friend said he will try again tomorrow for
me. But I am tempted to just take it to Customn sounds or somewhere and get
them to fix it.

definitely get two people in there...i can't seem to get stereo out w/out 2 peeps pullin on the keys
