100K!!! No, I would replace at 50K at least, here's a procedure on how-to refill..................
look for a plug underneith your car. you need to take off the belly pan to do this. On the drivers side right above where the front bumper lip ends you will see a drain plug coming out of the radiator. There is a little "U" type clip holding the drain plug in. The drain plug has an electrical connector on it (so you know what I'm talking about). Pull the clip off. You can do this with a flat head screw driver. Then yank down on the drain plug with the elec connection still attached. Coolant will fly out like crazy. Make sure you have a catch pan underneith it ready to catch the coolant. It goes everywhere. Also make sure you have the rubber o ring that goes around the gold colored part of the drain plug. Sometimes it pops off and falls into the catch pan you're using when you yank it out. Let it drain for a couple minutes. After that push the plug back in. Sometimes it's hard to get it to seat in there so you might need to use a little force. Put the clip back on.....it goes on 90deg from how you might think it goes on. Then fill your reserviour back up with G12/distilled water mix. I run 75% distilled water and 25% coolant. I live in Colorado and it doesn't freeze. Water has better cooling properties than the G12 coolant itself does. You will still have old leftover coolant in your lines, but it's so minimal it's not a big deal. Once the reserviour is filled, put the cap back on and go drive around the block. Come back, open your hood, and check the coolant level again. Put more coolant/distilled water mix in if needed.

Good instructions. Also, if you want to flush the system you can
fill it up with distilled water, run the car around for 10 minutes with the heater on HI. Come back, drain out the distilled water and then fill up with the coolant.
