but I know based upon other Sport vs Race that the races were considerably stiffer, about 20% or more in some cases. Personally I wouldn't run NS sports with the stock sport shocks, regardless of what "they say".

but get a good shock - such as an adjustble Koni or Bilstein Sport which has adequate dampening for the spring rates. The key to a proper functioning suspension is matching the spring rate to the dampening.

are almost identical to those of the neuspeed sport springs. the neuspeed sport springs are meant to be able to run with the oem sport shocks. deduce..
u can run about 8-10k miles on this setup with no problems. the ride quality is awesome and i would recommend it to anyone. no harshness. exactly like sport package except at a lower height. if u havent ridden in a car with neuspeed race + sport shocks, dont call it crappy cause ive tried many and i found out that this rides MUCH better than all the other AM shocks. koni's are maybe the only shocks that i would rate as close to being oem sport shocks.
but yes the neuspeed race springs will cause wear and tear to your sport shocks faster than normal. but 8-10k miles down the line, ill be ready to change my shocks anyways

if you have the spring rates i'd like to see em since that isn't the case throughout Nuespeeds line of race springs.
Ride "quality" should be ok because the spring is under dampened and you probably wouldn't be able to tell how poorly the suspension is working in day to day driving. It's not gonna be harsh because the harshness is generally a function of the rebound dampening rate of the shock. Hence the ride quality of AM shocks is stiffer.
However, as you said yourself, you will wear out your shocks faster which leads to less performance and in some cases dangerous handling characteristics. To each his own.
