need new tires and still not sure what i want because sportecs are "oversized" so im told and not many tires fit them well, and with the rim guard like i want so they dont curb as easily.

but got very loud very quick. Had them on my old passat, and despite the overall value, decided I would never run them on my A4 due to the insane amount of noise after about 7k.

i live in Az most of the year and the roads are 40% recycled tire mixed in with asphault, so the roads are REALLY quite, and on top of that the road gets hot so the grip part i like but sketch about the noise being too loud....probably like everyone else here, i use my commute time to make my round of phone calls for the day and if the road noise is too loud then i feel like i have to yell into the phone and makes the commute so much more frustrating.....lol
