I ordered some light bulbs for the MIL's TT (since you can't get them locally except from the dealer). My order summary showed no shipping charge, so I placed the order. The order confirmation page and email both showed shipping as free. Then, when I get the tracking number I see an $7.95 shipping charge tacked - for *ground* shipping on two light bulbs that collectively weigh 3oz.

I wouldn't be upset except that there was no indication before this that shipping charges would be added later (and the bulbs were <8 ea). Browsing their site I found info about this on their Policy page, but I still find the whole thing unpleasant.

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with them. My experience was quite pleasant. However, a shipping charge of $7.95 on a Phatnoise is easier to swallow than on a couple light bulbs.

I think you have a strong argument to get the $7.95 cleared. When buying anything online, I expect the final amount billed to me to be identical to the amount shown at checkout.
