Default Anyone use Pass and Weisz Audi in Burlington, MA?

I inquired about "chipping with my service department. They were not to thrilled. Basically the warranty issue came up or the lack there of if a chip is present. I do not have the energy to get involved in a legal dispute over warranty issues if something does happen.

I was going to have a GIAC chip installed Friday but I am having second thoughts. I love GIAC but maybe it would be better for me to weight for the REVO software. In any case does anyone have experiece with Pass and Weisz? Any comments would be appreciate.

Thanks,
AMW

Default I've found that Pass and Weisz is only good for scheduled maintanance.

Other than that they are pretty poor. So I'm sure if you were chipped and had an issue and tried to go there, they'd do everything in their power NOT to help you out.

Default I use them and have been chipped since 10k

but I have had no engine related warranty issues. My theory was that the odds were on my side with chip reliability. Just look at the number of miles people have put on chipped Audis.

I have had two non-engine related warranty issues and they were both covered with no questions asked. Also, I don't switch to stock when I bring my car in as I don't like the idea of trying to "cheat" the dealer or AOA.

chip survey

Default I use them and I like them quite a bit. They've given me 3 power steering pumps now...

Despite probably knowing I track my car.
