You guys wanted some raw data on the software so here's the #'s I got. Please note that these graphs have a 0 smoothing factor, therefore they will appear a bit spikey in spots. This is common on the 1.8t, K03.
91 octane 4th gear pull
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/63774/drew02.jpg">
204 WHP = approx 240 CHP
251 WTQ = approx 295 CTQ
I had a 1/2 tank of 91 octane and the guys at harman had 103 octane fuel so we threw in 5 gallons of it. Mixed it up as best we could. Set the APR file to the 93 octane settings, here's the #'s.
93 octane 4th gear pull
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/63774/drew11.jpg">
213 WHP = approx 250 CHP
260 WTQ = approx 305 CTQ
My feelings are that the software delivered. With the Revo special sauce on 100 octane I made 252 CHP and 320 CTQ, but the boost was a bit higher and again it was on 100 octane. Still the Revo #'s on stock injectors have yet to be beat as far as I know and were very impressive.
The APR and Revo dyno graphs look very similiar, coincidence?
I'm not going to get into that. They both delivered bigtime IMO. One thing to consider is that my car has every mod available besides a turbo upgrade. You would think that the #'s would be higher, but when you start adding all the mods the horsepower does not accumulate the same way. With a stock IC and exhaust I'm not sure if the car would hit the claimed #'s. Regardless I was pleased and the car is very fast with this file.
My next step would be to dyno the car with 100 octane to see how much the injectors helped. I think I'll hit 220-225 WHP, so there's a modest but nice gain, maybe a peak 265 CHP? Hope this info helps people make decisions and learn a bit. We did do third gear runs and got slightly higher numbers but the power delievery was not smooth and this makes sense on a FWD car. I love this stuff.
Best,

Thanks for the numbers. It would help if there was a baseline but those are impressive none the less.
The wheel numbers were not corrected for altitutude and temperature right? That is, the car actually made 204WHP as measured by the dyno right?

I'm pretty confident in this dyno, a stock B5 S4 hit exactly 250CHP, a stock S4 B6 with an exhaust and intake hit 345CHP, right where they should be. These numbers are approximate, but they are good nonetheless. : )

What other mods does he have? Remember I've got pretty much everything you can get besides a new turbo. : )
