followed by another dyno run on a different day after the programming? It sounds like weather conditions and fuel quality only slightly affect dyno results where as the APR stock program and different injectors would be very different than a non-chipped car? Agree, disagree? Thanks.

they use the fact that they WILL honor your warranty if you get it done in house as opposed to doing it outside of the dealer. My uncle just got the entire Dinan package on his M3 and that is also the case. $25K for wheels, tires, intake, chip, and oh yeah..a supercharger.

but now that I think about it, I don't know if that's any better or worse than putting 100 octane thru my motor. I guess the only debate I would have now is that 93 octane is readily available and although i'm paying a lot more for Stage 1+ vs. Stage 1, I'm paying for the convenience of not having to go get 100 octane for similar performance (comparing Stage 1 100 octane vs. Stage 1+ 93 octane). Maybe I'm better off w/ Stage 1+ 91 and 93 octane programs. Seems more practical for how I want to use my car. I don't see myself putting it on the track any time soon, I just want some more mid range power.

in the US. In Europe MTM covers the warranty that Audi wont just like Dinan does for BMW. I'd love to see that kind of service come to the states. cheers! Mike
