All the documents are a matter of public record, if you can be bothered to look them up.

FWIW I agree with you to some extent. The documents 'shouldn't' have been posted. I wouldn't have done that personally, because (a) it could prejudice the case, and (b) it's not the moral 'high ground'.

However, and alternative approach would be to mobilize 'supporters' on the forums... but that would be even more back-handed and nasty. On an unrelated point, has anyone noticed the few very noisy rabid Revo supporters? Having read all those court documents, then I'd opine that Revo are going to be in for a tough time.

Some of the documents - particularly the software analysis - are pretty clear on infringement.

I'm trying to look at it as objectively as possible. It's difficult, because it so obviously looks like APR have been butt-raped by Revo, and none of the alternative arguments are very convincing.
