APR: What's the status? It's been 6 weeks?

Everyone is dying to know what the story is regarding chipping the 2002 1.8T.

We'd all appreciate a heads up.

Last I heard

was that they still don't have the hardware finalized, so youre talking about months not weeks. You can't just start producing a piece like that the same day you finalize it. I would imagine that each revision takes weeks to prototype then once that's done you have to set up production. It's gonna be a while folks.
