Your dealer hasn't given you an update ? 4 weeks is a tad long to be in the production phase unless you custom ordered a colour.
I would call the sales manager on Monday or Tuesday ( usually busy on the weekends - and the intranet system is down for part of the weekend for updates ) and get them to fax over a current status. It takes them 5 minutes to do that. If they can't get more details that way, the manager can also call AoA in Auburn Hills, request more info, and get an update directly from another person in Germany. That is how the chain of command works. Again, they'll call AoA, then fax over the request in writing, a few hours usually go by, then AoA faxes back an update from Germany.
