Argh... What do I do now?

My sales rep told me that my car had been put on the truck to be delivered from the port on May 20. Of course, it still hasn't arrived and I live in the D.C. area so it shouldn't take long at all. What do I do? He keeps telling me that the car will be here, but something has obviously gone wrong. I tried to call today to find out if the car has been delivered to the wrong dealership, but my sales rep is not in today and neither is the sales manager. This is driving me crazy.

Released means that the car has cleared customs, but it is still at the mercy of the trucking company capacity and when they can put together a load of cars going a certain general direction. Trucks get delayed, break down, etc, etc.
The sales manager either has the day off, or is at an A8 launch meeting.
Leave a message with the both the salesperson and manager today. Then call the manager tomorrow late morning or early afternoon.

not that the car is late. I can understand things getting delayed. However, my sales rep keeps telling me he'll find out where the car is and get back to me. Then, he never calls me back. He had me come in and sign all the papers on Saturday because he wanted to get the car on last month's sales. He also promised that the car would be here on Monday. I told him I'd have to come in on Tuesday because I would be out of town on Monday. So, I called him Monday and still no car. He said he'd find out the situation and call me back. No call back and he's out of the office today... the day I'm supposed to pick it up. Hmmm... Just have the decency to call me back.
As far as "loaded" or "released", I guess I'm not sure. The dealer just told me it usually takes a max. of 5 days to get to him once it's been loaded. Thanks for the info though April.

I would seriously entertain the possiblity that some damage was done to the vehicle and it may be undergoing repairs. Sorry if this is the case.
My Audi Brand Specialist told me when I was waiting for my vehicle that if there is a significant delay that this would be the likely cause.
