Yup!! And I have a clear bra on the hood and side mirrors already...

Hmm ... I've driven my car for 40,000 miles since buying it, and haven't taped it once
Why would I bother for a trip < 1000 miles?
Rocks will chip your car, the day after you remove the tape. What would be the point?

Why? Short trips, i.e. going around town with construction, debris, gravel, etc, is way more likely to harm your car than smooth sailing down an open interstate ... I would think?
