Those are always skewed by owner perceptions and expectations. That's why Saturn is at the top

I always have a great service in my AUDI dealership. Even better then I used to have in Lexus (their service is also good). Maybe it is not common but still....
btw, they always give me rental A6 if work takes more then 1 hour.
