Does it have oil in it?
If it has been shipped or stored for a long time? Does it have fresh gasoline in it?
How long is a few moments?
Is the check engine light on?
More information on the car would be helpful, like is this car new to you?
When you say "ex Japan, where are you and did you own the car in Japan, or did you purchase it without seeing the condition of the car?
